 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2021 - present - OAK AND LUNA, Tenengroup Ltd, Tel Aviv
Jewelry design and product development of personalized jewelry

  • Designing in-house factory-manufactured jewelry: laser cutting, laser engraving, CNC milling, 3D printed casting made to order.  

  • Designing purchased jewelry: 3D modeling, creating product spec sheets, samples quality assurance.
    Factory team training.

2017 - present - SHENKAR COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING & DESIGN, Ramat Gan

  • BA program course “From the Jeweler’s Workbench to the Online World.”        
    Developing conceptual project for a commercial collection, pricing and adaptation for target market, creating branding language, structuring e-commerce website.

    Basic goldsmith techniques of precious metal processing: sewing, forming, soldering, and polishing.

  • Designing two commercial collections annually: concept development, target population, trends, price points, and creating a line of samples.  

  • Art direction: concept and distinctive visual language development, production, styling, and casting; creation of campaigns for the brand's collections, visuals for social media promotions.

  • Managing the production of fashion, silver, and gold jewelry; raw materials acquisition (precious and semi-precious stones, diamonds); producing for private and wholesale clients locally and abroad; managing suppliers' liaison.

  • Sales management of the brand's four stores; 3 online and 1 in-studio including staff management. Export to private & wholesale clients, international wholesale fairs. Administration of annual NIS.2 million budget.

  • Marketing and organic promotion, creating sponsored campaigns across social media.

2013 - 2021 - GROW: E-commerce
Consultancy and mentoring for designers and artists

  • Set up, operation, and marketing of online brand stores on Etsy and Shopify for ceramics, wood, fashion, textiles, and industrial design. Building work plans, setup of e-commerce websites and infrastructures, product photography, product optimization, SEO, export and international shipping, organic and sponsored promotion on social media.

  • Focused study lectures at Shenkar College of Engineering and Design, Bezalel Academy, Holon Institute of Technology, Studio 6B, Benyamini Contemporary Ceramics Center, “Iskit” women entrepreneurship program.
